As a non school-based Executive Principal with an impressive background of school improvement work, Jennie works across the Trust with Headteachers, leadership teams and governors. For the past five years she has been the lead for the KTSA primary School Improvement Package. She works to implement action plans of joining schools and co-ordinates school improvement activities for the maximum benefit across the Trust. Her specialisms are school self-evaluation, performance management, safeguarding and support for new headteachers.
